SCHOOL OF THE CROSS-The message of the Cross
The cross stands as a timeless symbol of truth unique to Christianity, embodying the message of salvation revealed by God the Father through Jesus Christ. Unlike a cryptic or mysterious path hidden in the mountains, the message of the cross is both historically grounded and spiritually clear. Its essence is beautifully simple: through the cross, everyone has the opportunity to know Jesus Christ, and it is through His work on the cross that we uncover our true spiritual identity.

The Cross-The power of God
The Way of the Cross is the Power of God (1 Corinthians 1:11-31)
"Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel , and not to do so in the wisdom of the word, so that the cross of Christ would not be in vain. The way of the cross is foolishness to those who perish, but it is the power of God to us who are saved."

The Cross and the Silent Symbol
Symbols are an important part of religious life, in the academic field, in politics, in buildings, in advertising, etc. Especially in the field of art, language and symbols tell the story of our lives visually. Just as the fruit of the tree and the serpent symbolize good and evil and the devil in the statue of Ethan, God's creation symbolically reveals to us through visible things.

The Cross and the Forgiveness of Sins
Ephesians 2:1-6 says, "He raised you up from trespasses and sins, and because of His great love for God, who is rich in mercy, he raised us up with Christ who died in trespasses (you were saved by grace), and raised us up together and seated them together in heaven in Christ Jesus."

The Cross and Jesus
Matthew 1:21-23
"She will give birth to a son, and you are to name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins." All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: "Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel" (which means, "God with us").
